Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow one full business day for the shipping carrier to update the expected delivery date. If it does not update within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team.

Tracking information will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. The link provided will take you to the website of the shipping carrier where you’ll be provided with an estimated delivery date. If you signed up for SMS shipping notifications, you’ll receive tracking updates through those channels once the shipping carrier has updated this information. Please allow one full business day for the tracking information to update. If it does not update within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service team.

How to Measure:

Measure your waist and hips and compare to the size. If you are between two sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size.  To get the most accurate measurements, have someone else measure you. Be sure to hold the measuring tape straight and snug, not tight, to your body.

BUST:

Measure over the fullest part of your bust, with the tape measure parallel to the floor. This measurement will assist you in determining your swimwear or clothing size for tops and dresses.

UNDERBUST:

Measure directly under your bust, with the tape measure parallel to the floor. This measurement will assist you in determining your bra band size and swim top size.

WAIST:

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline.

HIPS:

Measure around the fullest part of your hip, before the thigh begins to narrow. This measurement will help you determine your size for skirts, pants, and form-fitting dresses.

If you ordered something from us and it doesn't work, we will make it right for you, that's our guarantee to you. 

 

"What if I just don't like the way the product looks?" or "what if I am just not happy with it?"  You can return any unused, unaltered item with 14-days from the date of purchase and we will refund your money, less shipping and restocking charges back to us.

 

In order for a product to qualify for the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, the returned product(s) must be in resell-able condition. The product must not show signs of use and must be in its original packaging to qualify.  If the product is not in resell-able condition the product is non-refundable.  Our returns department manager may waive this and refund your money for the purchase price of the product less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee in certain cases.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone within 14-days of the purchase date and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. Typically, no restocking fee is charged, excluding special orders, if the items are returned in resalable condition which typically means in the manufactures packaging, un-opened blister packs torn open packaging, and no visible "wear and tear" on the product(s) itself.

 

Items returned back that show signs of being used or installed considered used and cannot be returned

If your item does not qualify as a return, we recommend listing your product eBay or Craigslist, which are excellent ways of selling used products

All items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by us will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. From time to time, we offer free shipping. If you return an item and purchased the item on a free shipping website or did not pay for shipping, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. The following terms must be met by you.

 

Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.

The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.

You must include all packaging materials.

Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.

All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.

You must pay any return shipping expense.

Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.

Items returned without first obtaining a RMA# will be refused

 

 

Warranty Returns:

 

Certain items and or products sold on LGBNJ.com are covered by a manufacturer's warranty which covers manufacturer's defects.  For specific warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer of the product or contact us for assistance.

 

Please note that all manufacturers are different and the return process with them are based on their individual process, not ours.  While these processes are out of our control, we will certainly do our best to assist you with the return.

 

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 14 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or simply receive a refund.

Please print your Return Authorization form and include it with each shipment back to LGBNJ.com. You have 14 days from the day the RA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department.

LGBNJ.com currently offers a low Flat Rate Shipping for all orders.  "Standard Shipping" means your order will be shipped via USPS mail or Fedex Standard Ground Shipping for non-expedited shipments.* Please make sure you provide an address where you receive US mail as the majority of orders will ship via US Postal Service.

 

If you need your order delivered faster, you will have a choice for expedited shipping at checkout.  

 

For example, if you place an order and want to take advantage of our flat rate shipping, you will be charged a flat fee at checkout.  We will ship this product using USPS mail (most likely) or Fedex Standard Ground - whichever service is most cost effective.

 

If, however, you want your order delivered using Fedex Overnight, 2 Day or Express Saver 3 Day service for example, you will need to select that option during checkout and you will see the corresponding price you will be charged for that service.

 

*Please note, some products will require additional shipping charges when purchased in bulk.  If this applies to your order, you will be aware of that prior to placing the order.

 

SHIPMENT TIMES:

 

Under normal circumstances, your order is shipped within 2-3 business days of when the order is placed. Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 1-5 days after shipment.  All free shipping orders ship via FedEx ground or USPS.

 

A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time and we will notify you in the event that situation occurs.

 

Tracking Number:

 

You will receive a FedEx tracking number or USPS tracking number when an email address is provided by you in the “Billing Information” fields of the shopping cart.

 

FedEx Regular Delivery Hours:

 

FedEx delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM -5PM local time. FEDEX Home Delivery service delivers “Residential” deliveries Tuesday-Saturday, delivering into the early evening on weekdays. Where a business name is not provided, the order is presumed to be shipping to a “Residence”. If your order is shipping to a business, please specify the name of the business. If it is shipping to a “Residence” but a business name has been provided, please note that in the “comments” when ordering. Otherwise, where a business name is provided, it is presumed that it is going to a “Commercial” district for delivery M-F during normal business hours. We do not guarantee the arrival date or time of the packages.

 

Shipments over $200 will require an Adult Signature.

 

Please ensure that you provide us a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package, as the signature requirement may not be waived. While a change of delivery address may be possible under certain conditions, if a package is already in route, a $20 address change fee will be assessed. For address corrections needed for items shipping other than FEDEX, please contact us for options and quotes. We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep.

 

All orders over $200 shipped via FEDEX are insured for damaged packages. We are not responsible for any physical damage caused by the shipper. In the event a product arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please notify us as soon as possible and within 3 business days for assistance in resolving the matter.

 

Shipments to Non-Continental USA Addresses:

 

We ship to the following non-continental USA addresses using the USPS or FedEx. Flat rate, or other shipping discounts do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. There will be an additional charge to ship to these addresses:

Expedited Shipping:

 

Online orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days after the order was placed online.  For expedited shipments, the order will leave the following business date you placed the order.  If you would like your order shipped the same day the order was placed, you must call us at 1-800-203-2345, and the order must be placed online prior to 2 PM EST.  We cannot guarantee it will ship out that same day you placed the order. Please note, expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

 

P.O. Box Addresses:

 

Most items may be shipped to P.O. Box. If you place an order with a P.O. Box ship-to address, we will attempt to ship all items using the United States Postal Service. If any items within your order can not be shipped using the United States Postal Service, you will be asked to provide a physical address for shipping.

 

APO/AFO/DPO/FPO Addresses:

 

These items will be delivered to the U.S. military or government post office within 5-10 business days from the ship date. The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/AFO/DPO/FPO destination. Items shipped to APO/AFO/DPO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping. Shipment to these addresses will be subject to actual shipping charges. We will make ever effort to ensure you are receiving the best possible rate.

 

International Shipping:

 

We are now shipping to Canada, with support for many more countries in the coming months. Free, flat rate, or other shipping discounts do not apply to orders shipped internationally. If you placed an order online and this order will be shipped internationally, non-continental USA, and US military installations, additional shipping charges will apply. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping.

 

Important Note for Shipments to International, Overseas Military, and Non Continental USA Destinations:
